Each Home & Silence piece is made to order once your purchase is confirmed. Because of this, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges after a 24-hour grace period.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase confirmation.

If your order arrives damaged, or there is a manufacturing defect or production error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If approved, we will offer a replacement or another suitable solution.
